Welcome Gary , I'm sure you'll love LOS , and end up a repeat visitor.
As Denver has said , Pablo and I will be only too happy to instruct you on the bell , and then Denver can show you the correct way to drink "Black Deaths" , it's an art , complete with facial expressions.
