I think they will need three recent consecutive months pay slips from you too, even though you are in the forces. Her interview is very important, she must make a good impression and you should be there with her (even though they won't speak to you it is important that you show your face). You must go by the requirements as stated on www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk. I assume she is applying for immigration as your spouse. It is crucial she does not make any mistake in the type of visa she is applying for.

(ps - might seem a lot of grief but if you get it right 1st time, even if you supply more docs than they ask for, it should be fine, my wife and I have been married for over 5 yrs now and she came over on an 'Intended Spouse Visa' and we got married over here. She even has her UK passport now).
