60k baht in a bank may help for appearances but is nit a part of the requirements..
Your 15k shows ability to financially provide but is not a massive factor unless you are on dole or serious low income..
Done multiple schengen and UK visa's.. I have found that simply being clear and up front and discussing our needs (we did not want to live or be long time in UK. just letting her visit my parents in thier homes was the perfect story.. My folks had already met her so it really was a tourist request..
