I put that she was working at the hotel I was staying at. No probs and no-one asked any questions (they might, just make sure she is confident in what she is going to say, let's face it, anyone could have 2 jobs, the interviewer can be as fanciful as they like to try and trip her up - working at a shop is a regular type of occupation, seems fine).
