Without being a professional like Erik I'm pretty sure that models in Denmark sign a "releaseform" for the pictures that the photographer takes. Then they get their fee and basically the photographer owns the rights then.
We recently had a case where amateur photographer took some erotic pictures of some girls and posted them on his website. The girls had not signed a releaseform for the pictures so he got fined for putting the pictures up.

That's kinda what I thought, so putting other people's pictures of other people on the internet put's you at risk from
both parties.
