We recently had a case where amateur photographer took some erotic pictures of some girls and posted them on his website. The girls had not signed a releaseform for the pictures so he got fined for putting the pictures up.

If you do not have them sign a releaseform the photographer has copyright and the model has portraitright. Portraitright will be looked upon that publication is prohibited if it damages the models integrity or affects her in any negative way.
Basically you can use them on personal presentations but as soon as the model requests to be removed you will have to. Publications (commercial or third party) are not possible without a release.
