well by the looks of the farangs injuries, he was lucky in a little way, it could have been a lot worse.
the 2 aggressors, i think were looking for some sort of trouble if they had an iron bar with them.
it was good a thai bar owner went to his aid.
but in thai business, its best left to the thais, we have all read about the amount of gun crime, especially in pattaya so again he was lucky they were not armed in that fashion.
probably the thai bar owner, or the BG will organise some sort of thai style retribution.
difficult situation for any decent man to be put in, at one time i would have intervened, but now knowing a little bit more, i would think twice.
