So my question here is : at which point you are going to do something.? So let say you just come around the corner and you see a guy slapping a girl. You donīt know him or her and you dont know what happened. What would you do?
Is this Thai Business? In Germany its law to help someone in emergency, you can be punished for not helping a person either in case of an accident or in case of crime. Depending on what happened you can get into prison. But in reallity too many people just pass!!
