I don’t think there is any talking or messages that you could leave that would cover your ass in the event of being busted.. possession would be simple proof.. On your property they would be yours..
Yer, I guess you are right! I really don’t know how the law works in such matters, but if someone bringing something to your property makes you the owner of it, then the stuff was mine!!!! (pity it don’t work the same way when they turn up with gold jewelry!)

I really don’t understand,
Risks involved in moving it include getting busted with it in the process of removal, either by police, Mr Big, or the young lady who owned it, who possibly had a gun. Then where was I to take it? I would have had to hide it somewhere, and it could have looked rather suspicious if someone busted me hiding the bag. Then what about when she comes back and sees it is gone from either my place or the hiding place? We have to go and get it again, or she waves her pistol and gets rather uppity.
There are risks in removing and retrieving it…As I said, I did not have those risks weight up accurately with the risks of sitting quite. I openly admit the whole drama caught me by surprise and was somewhat stressful. Now you may not understand it, but in such situations people do not always weigh up all their options so clearly - just trying to explain and not at all excusing myself.
