Is this Thai Business? In Germany its law to help someone in emergency, you can be punished for not helping a person either in case of an accident or in case of crime. Depending on what happened you can get into prison. But in reallity too many people just pass!!

When in the military and being trained as a medic we were always taught to assist in accidents etc.Here in Thailand even rendering assistance at an accident scene may end up with you getting the blame.The good Samaritain Act does not apply here.Harsh as it may sound - if you are not directly involved keep on moving.
