Maybe, but in your example, a truck is upside down. Someone is most likely hurt inside. How could you possibly protect yourself by not helping? Totaly contradicts the buddhist religion too doesnt it? The whole karma part that is.
Unless western people are worth less then asian people in the buddhist religion. But that i very much doubt without even knowing alot about it.
