De La Hoya is past it IMO, Have watched his last few fights and he does not look the same fighter...
Also think if he does fight Mayweather, And I am assuming it will be at Welterweight and not at Light-Middleweight, But even going up 2 divisions I am sure Mayweather will have enough too much for De La Hoya...
Dont get me wrong though, In his prime he was the best but time has caught up with him and there is some great fighters around this weight, Possible the best class of fighters in the world...
