No idea if you had any "extras" for 3k, but I thought the massage parlour next to the ExPat Hotel was pretty good (Namthip Massage or something, cheers for the pointer crustasian btw), I'm carrying a few old injuries and felt pretty damn good after 2 weeks of thai massages every fews days.
200-300baht/hour depending on thai/oil massage.
Dont know if they do extras, I never asked.
