Gotta agree with Moma Tri's, had what was probably the nicest meal of my trip in there.

Another place I really liked was The Dining Room at the Pacific Club in Karon (http://www.pacific-club-phuket.com/dining.htm). The lamb chops there were fantastic although my girlfriend was less than impressed with the Thai food.
