You wouldn't have a great time anyway, would you? I mean, they're ******s and all that, as we all know. Even so, many of them get into it and enjoy the time you spend with them, as long as you treat them with a bit of respect and affection. But if they're having a really bad time and they're obviously not happy, what's in it for you?
If you've done this before, you would have your radar developed and you'd know if she was bullshitting or not. If you think her story is genuine, let her go and give her the money - and wish her luck. If you think she's spinning you a yarn, just give her some taxi fare.
In either case, I don't think there's any point at all in making her do the business.
