You could ask your gf what travel-agency she will use, and then search the net for an e-ticket yourself. Make sure it's a direct flight BKK - Stockholm. If you can not find this you should at least make sure she will change planes in a Schengen-country, because she only has a visa for this area. Then you can find the right times and price.

Make a copy of the flight-numbers, time-table and price, email her the information and tell her to take it with her to the travel-agency. Then they can book the flights for her, and they can help her with the travel-insurance too, if you have not fixed this already. Make sure to get the telephone-number to the travel-agency so you can call them yourself if you have some questions or problems. I asked the travel-agency if it was possible to pay with my credit-card and they said no, so I had to send money to her. But I guess it would be possible to transfere the money to the agency's bank-account, but I didn't do that myself.
