Just go to a travel agent and book a paper ticket for her (be carefull with the spelling of her name as it must be exactly the same that the one stated on her passport). You can then send it to her using any express delivery company.
If her intentions are bad (ex. sick buffalo) it will be not so easy for her to be refunded from the paper ticket, especially if it's issued in Sweden.
