My wife got a ticket from the local travel-agency in Kalasin. This flight was from BKK - London - Norway. I thought everything was ok, until I understood that she had to go from Heathrow airport to Stansted airport in London, and get the last distance to Norway from there.
Heathrow is a big airport, but I think the transfer zone ends before Stansted.
She came to Norway this first time alone, and I don't think she would be very happy if she had to leave Heathrow and get to the other side of London by herself. Especially without a visa to the UK.
Anyway, I called the travel-agency and changed her ticket so she could fly BKK - Copenhagen - Bergen, we don't have direct flights from BKK to Norway.
