The name of the hotel is Manathai Village Hotel it's close to the night market on soi 3
The hotel will open on the 4th of april
I can get a special rate for Bm's but if your looking for a 700 baht room this is not the type of hotel(they have to pay my salary)

I'm also looking at the construction going on and I don't believe we'll be open on the 4th but you never know.
