I cant remember the site now but there was one that would trade globally really well.. I was looking at it as mining exploration etc is often less US centric..
I still have a US based 'real people' brokers but I might knock that on the head soon.. Just sold out of the bulk of its positions and so its cash now..
I dont see what the restriction is ??
