Your luggage will be transferred to your final destination (HKT). But there are chances that you will not receive your boarding pass for the LHR-BKK and BKK-HKT flights in Brussels.

Also, I would guess you have to collect your luggage at BKK and take it yourself to Domestic departures. Please check with all your carriers as you may be surprised to find you have arrived without your luggage
