As for "Baan Lamai", I suppose I am guilty of not knowing the name of every single hotel and guest house on Phuket so when someone asks about "Baan Lamai" and I see (ever so clearly) on the sticky "Baan Lamai Resort" (not Lamai Inn - got it ?), I assume that they are one and the same. Why should I think any differently ?? So, if they are, then I reckon it's now you who is the complete twat and not me but if they are not, then I feel it is an understandable mistake to make.
Going back to your rant - basically pal, you can poke your comments where the sun does not shine !! The "no flaming" rule is predominantly for Newbies in the "Newbies" section, so....had you paid more attention and spent more time actually contributing to this forum, you would no doubt have seen this stated.
Of course, if you feel that strongly that you wish to discuss this futher face to face, then I am in Patong from April 28th to May 19th and again later this year in November. Just introduce yourself at the Mai Thai Bar (know where that is ??) and they will readily point me out.
