Thats the whole problem with it, when you live there life does have to go on, and even includes going out and getting to the office or meeting clients, some things just cant be put off. A few years ago a Finnish lady working on the embassy in BKK had to do some official business. She came out into the street and a boy throw water and powder on her. She spanked the boy. It was in all the newspapers and she had to appologise. I think it should have been that boys parents and the boy who should have appologised for doing that
