I talked to Nicke and he told me I could advertise my bar on the board.

The bar is located in Patong at Sunset Plaza oposite the big Seapearl Hotel at the end of the Beach Road, just when you turn left against Karon, Kata.
Its a small bar soi with 5 nice bars. Darkside Bar is a beerbar with about 20 seats with beach view. Openingtimes are from 9am to 2 o'clock in the night.
There are some pictures from the bar under the Nightlife section on the forum; (just surch for threads with The Darkside name in).

The price is 500k for the lease and the monthly rent is 25k. It is 2 years left from the lease.

The reason why I want to sell is that I have bought a bar under Tiger and its hard to run 2 places at the same time. Since I bought the Tiger bar Ive been busy there and have no longer time to look after Darkside Bar, and therefore at the moment I only brake even on the costs. Before I "moved " to Tiger I made some money at the Darkside, so I think for the right person it should be possible to make a resonable profit. Thats also the reason why I set the key-money low so it wount be a big investment to take over the place.
