Penthouse is Sh_thouse
I had the displeasure of staying in the Penthouse Hotel last week and can confirm it is riddled with cockroaches. Also that the owner Dudley has little concern for guest satisfaction and over charges at every opportunity. Breakfast is not included and I even had to pay for the soap. The Kitty Club is even worse. Again the manager has no concept of guest satisfaction and floats around in a drunken stupor singing over the top of the bad music and feeling up the girls. I paid for a drink for one girl and never saw her again and then got approached by 5 other girls in 10 minutes all wanting drinks. I got quickly tired of this and asked to pay my 134 baht bill, giving them my Penthouse 15% discount card. The bill came back with 15% being added on and no good explanation why. I paid and got the hell out of there. The bar next door (Jupiters) is much better and has nice girls.
