It's a bit messy but a solution for anyone that finds themselves cut off from the board might be to get in via a site like
www.guardster.com - a free site for anonymous browsing. SImply type phuket-info's address into the space on the guardster site and away you go.
But you might be looking at a cached page - regularl board members should be able to tell.
