They never left on time.
They gave knowingly wrong information about the new departure time. They like to tell you a delay of 20 minutes which becomes 40 etc. (this happens frequently)

The time I walked into their office in Phuket Airport and bought a ticket for the next flight to Bangkok. Walked out of their office straight to check in desk (2 min), to be told that we were booked on the next departure because the flight was cancelled. They had to admitt that the flight was already cancelled before we bought the tickets.

Another time.... called them to see if enough seats available for a late arrival on the airport and to book my tickets there. Got instructed to be not later than 1 hour before departure at the check in desk, ample seats available. Was in the company of my sister and her husband. Was there in time. It took the lady on the desk 20 (!!) minutes to deal with someone in front of me at the check in. By the time I walked up it was 59 minutes before departure. They refused me on the flight because of that. All kind of excuses were made as: everybody already checked in, not true, manifest already finished, not true, captain refused you because you are late, not true, the stationleader made the decision, not true..... After long discussion with the station leader the excused, mistake was made and he knew nothing about the problems and excuses made why I could not make the flight. By that that time flight left already.............. But my sister and husband were on the flight!

This week I flew HKT-BKK with Nok. Nice on time departure. Best was the smile on my face when there was the common announcement from Air Asia. We HAVE (she actaully said have) to appologize for the inconvenience caused by...delay!
