Sorry Jim cannot agree, after the wake boarding we came back to our place and played badminton for about an hour, then went swimming for another hour before settling down for a brilliant bbq.
Getting up at the wake boarding wasn't half as hard as getting up out of bed this morning, boy my ol legs were stiff!!!
