Just done some sums
10 nights will cost 3,000 baht (most of you could have worked that out I'm sure
)
30 nights should cost 9,000 baht but you would get them for 3,000 baht as it is a month. That is a saving of 66.67% for the monthly rate.
That is one heck of a discount - is this normal for longterm low season?
