As long as she has a passport she can travel over to Singapore and meet you without problems.
On one flight to Singapore as I was leaving the plane this lovely Thai girl asked me to help he fill in her immigration card.I did and she waltzed through the check point right behind me.
The only downside was I never saw her again.
