Hang on though, Somebody has to stand up and say something or the referees would get away with murder, Although I dont agree with Moureen most of the time, Some of the time he is right...
So you think his performance last night was acceptable for a professional referee? You think that a good referee would can get so many decisions wrong in one match? And that what you call being up for it?
Im sorry but if you think yes to any of the above, Then IMO your being ridiculous..
Lastly I never said the Referee was bought, Although its not beyond the realms of possibility, Its not like it has not happened before, Anyone with a bit of common sence and knowledge just needs to look at the whats going on in Italy at the moment, And the match fixing scandal involving Juventus for the past few years, Referee's in Juventus officials pockets so you just never know... But one thing is for sure if nobody asks the question, Or queries the referee's performances, Then they become a law onto themselves and will become more open to corruption IMO...
PS: If that Picture of the referee's linemans had not have been printed in the Newspaper until after the final, Would you have still said it was ridiculous that an official could be "Bought"
