You will have to pick up your luggage up in Bkk and check them through again onto the Thai Air flight to Phuket, You will collect your ticket at the Thai Airways counter in Bkk for your flight to Phuket, For this you will need your email confirmation (reciept) and in some cases your CC (Although the normally dont ask)...
