For years now I have been traveling in and around Thailand and the Phillippines and yet at times I always think to myself WOW it would be great to live and retire here.

However after investgating and looking at all the options and COSTS Yes costs are nothing like they use to be.

I ask myself is it really Worth It ??????

It seems to me most are living on USA income costs In other words if You own your own home in your own host country for the most part Your costs of living are Not that much different then Thailand at all.

If anything in some instances Its More in LOS then your own country.

Another Item Women ???? WOW I want to hook up with a bargirl or a regular girl with Kids and support them and thier families ????

Isnt that Marriage in another form,I dont get it at all All this talk all the time about these great Thai girls and yet most have kids from some loser Thai guy and now I have to play and support like Daddy ????

I love these punters who come on here and claim about their whale Ex-wives back at home and yet they do the samething once they Hit Thailand Support Support,Support with yet another women but its Ok she is small in statue and younger but with Kids and JUST as much baggage and bullshit but she only costs 10-15k a month to support hahahaahahhaahahahaha.

I love Thailand and all of Asia just as much as the next guy BUT to live there Long term I dont think so.

TO Vacation their Yes, Life long No way.

Its still going to cost you at least 1500-2000.00 a month USA $ to live there nice{Long-term}.I dont care what anyone says.

For that amount if you could own a home outright and could live in Vegas,Florida and many other places where as the climate is just as If not much better Food is superior and yet you retain all the USA Nice things in life and maybe vacation there A few months year.

Its a pipe dream for many to live on a 1000.00 a month in Thailand I am not saying IT cannot be done BUT I would love to see how THEY really live day to day I am betting its a Medicore life at best to say they live in Thailand I would pass.

Stay in your Host country pay off ALL of your debt Travel to Thailand from time to time and Enjoy everything.

WHY Place ALL Your eggs SO highly on 1 Place ???????
