I already live in Florida....on the water....very nice house. Hell, my fooken property taxes would afford me a very nice house w/ pool in the middle of Patong Beach. And since it would be rented, I don't have to worry about all the insurance and upkeep and the chance of natural disasters. Tsunami on the way?...Just hand the keys to the landlord and "hasta la vista baby".
And the only difference in weather is a few degrees cooler here...the humidity is the same.
