In that case, then you should look at Singapore Airlines with a stopover in Singapore. You could then just buy a Singapore/Phuket/Singapore ticket with Tiger or Jetstar Asia online. This assumes that you want to go to Phuket, otherwise if Bangkok is your preferred stopover then fly Thai.
