His records are totally legit. He did not break any rules.
Furthermore, the last time I checked,we were still living in the USA. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Bonds never tested positive for steroids, ever! And, to his knowledge, never took any, although it is possible that his trainer was slipping him some,while telling him it was health supplements, which makes him totally innocent, in my book!
They gave Jason Giambi, an admitted steroids user, the Comeback Player of the Year award for last year. Yet, they don't even give Barry a nod for his achievement of passing up the Babe for all-time HR total. Bunch of chicken-ass PC hypocrites!!
Barry is getting a bad rap! The late 90's, early 00's, was the steroids era. You know that all the long-ball hitters, and half the other players, were using them. Hell, they didn't even have a rule against it, so why not?? For Christ's sake, even Marvin Bernard was taking them!!
