Well for me it would be
1. Emirates
2. Singapore
3. Thai
4. Cathay
5. Malaysian
with BA, Air NZ and Qantas near to the botom......due to their rudeness of service....only KLM is lower for me than them............and I will never fly KLM again anywhere......sooner stay home!
Qantas have the best business beds in the sky with BA not far behind........but Singapore, Emirates + Cathay also have very good ones..........Thai are a bit hard and not quite flat enough to get a good sleep but they are there for me on their wonderful and willing service........
I always fly Thai first (despite ranking Emirates and Singapore higher allround)if I can due to their service!
