Im suprised at Malaysia being that low... Thought they were pretty good when i flew with them... Also JAL not being in there, thought they were pretty good aswell. Also i think Lufthansa are good.. Flown with them a few times (short haul mind you) and they were good and a friend has used them to go to Thailand with and thought they were great

IJ you are right about Thai intl.... The personal tv on the seats lets them down abit but that really is the only downside to Thai intl. The service is really good on them tho. Always found the staff friendly and helpful
