Best move is to allow them a few days and ask them for a complimentary replacement truck.Let them take all the time in the world. You will get the job done better that way.

Also you would not have been in a rush and could have inspected the truck before accepting it back.

TIT - remember the workman's motto (by the Rolling Stones) "Time is on our Side."

It dos'nt matter if you leave your truck or wait as they just do them in the order they are checked in.If you are not there when they finish the service??
they just leave it on the car park to be picked up.
I took the truck back today and pointed out the items they had not done. They did'nt bat an eye lid.Just said ok but would be a couple hours.
I don't mind the waiting as they have an a/c waiting room with t.v and free drinks. It's when you wait for two and half hours for them to do half a job and then get charged for it.
The problem is there is no booking system so they push as many trucks through as they can.In the two hours I waited they put about 30 trucks through.
Everything seems to have been done now and without any hassle. So no worries.I just hope they remember me when I go for the next service

Complimentary truck.In Thailand 555555555555555555555!
