There are more stunners in Pattaya, for sure. But then there are about 20 times more working women, so it follows.
On the other hand, Pattaya is more full of men with only one thing on their minds, and there are a lot of lager louts. In Phuket you're much more likely to hook up with some good guys, have a laugh and go round a few places in a group. The MTB is the obvious starting and finishing point for that! And there are still penty of stunners in Patong - you might just have to visit a few more bars to scope them out.

One thing though - Pentire makes the very good point that you shouldn't try and cram too much into a short time, in terms of different places. Don't forget, transferring from one place to the other takes the best part of a day when you add it all up. And if you only have a limited amount of time, that's a day wasted.
For me, I always like to spend a few days each trip in BKK, bcause I think it's one of the world's most amazing cities. Combine that with just one longer trip to wherever you decide on - Pattaya, Phuket, Samui, Chiang Mai, wherever -
and you have a nice round trip with a bit of everything.
