What you would do shouldn't be any different to what you would do if the same scenario happened in a bar, which it can easily do. Happened to me few weeks ago...I'd been buying a girl drinks and sat with her about an hour, she agreed to come stay with me. Then another guy turns up, she apologises saying he's a "friend", asks me to wait while she goes and sits with him...half an hour later I'd had enough and just got up and left.
Just move on....use them like they use us...there's 100s more want your baht.
