Hi Kate, Almost fell off my chair laughing at your post about the kids. That was good.
We are going in 3 weeks. Drove by Kata Beach Resort but didn't go inside. Looks pretty nice on the outside. I just want to be able to eat and shop without having to take a taxi or tuk tuk to patong everytime. We also want to be on the beach since we don't live near the ocean it is a treat to us. We don't need a GF resort
since I can take care of my husband myself but we do enjoy going to Patong every now and then. The girls are really sweet and a lot of fun just to hang out with.
