As predicted, Cathay's July "Deal of the Month" destination from the USA is Bangkok. $636 from the west coast (LAX, SFO), $806 from the east (JFK). You have until 7/31/2004 to buy tickets. A good deal from a good airline. It also looks like the optionally free HKG stopover is back
