Maybe naive to ask outright, but understandable curiosity. We hear so many tales of BGs stringing Farangs along for the money, it's natural to wonder about what proportion of relationships can form long-term stable partnerships . If you were considering the prospect of taking a BG out of the scene, would you not want to have some measure (reassurance) of what the odds were that it would last? Perhaps the sub-text is: "If I were to move to LOS would I be wasting my time starting relationships with BGs or should I put more effort into meeting/wooing so-called 'good-girls'?"
Plus it was just an open enquiry - folks don't have to answer: It's not like he has you in a head-lock or anything...
