Only 13 is the hardest hitting book I have read on Thailand. It is not some foreigner's complaint about the bar girls, but instead, it is the bargirl's complaint about Thailand, her culture and the foreigners who she had been seeing since she ran away from home.
While reading the book, you will be pulled into actually being her, and seeing things in her way. Besides the storyline, there are a lot of great pictures of her and her sisters which bring the book to life. During her tenure in the business, she met some really sick men, and that is probably why she is on lots of medication now while living in England.
The young lady is opinionated to say the least, but her opinions are from someone who has lived the life of a poster child. The book mentions the website as well which has color photos.
