If its HeliThai, I believe they fly a Eurostar A350. It can seat 4 in the back and one in the front beside the pilot. In my work we often charter a similar aircraft. (There's nothing as cool as flying over the British Columbia coastal mountains
in a helicopter!) The seat beside the pilot of course is best. We've only ever had 3 in the back. I can't imagine 4- it would be really cramped - don't know if you'd see much! We pay about $1100/hr here. 30K baht for 30 minutes sounds outrageous but WTF- go for it.
