That's it! They want too much. They never stop. No matter how nice you are, they want more. If you drink too much('cause they drive you to it), then it's "If he would just quit the bottle, then all would be fine." But if you quit, then it's "If he would just stop hanging out with his no account friends,..." Concede that(you'd be a fool if you did), and it's "If he would just take me on a holiday more often, " "If he would just spend less," "If he would just spend more time around the house," etc., etc. No matter what you do for them, there is always something else. It only ends when you are dead or divorced. You may as well be a drug addict and a wh*remonger, better to be harassed over something significant, than to spend your life getting nagged about mowing the lawn and taking out the trash, leaving the toilet seat up, and cleaning the crumbs from the counter.
