Except Northern Ireland where it is 17.
In some countries, such as LOS, then there is the matter of the age of consent for commercial sex being higher (18) than the non-commercial limit (15) [PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF PROSTITUTION ACT B.E. 2539 (1996)]
