That was an enjoyable TR. Always nice to see what a newbie makes of the place. I guess you'll be back.

I can answer your 1st and last question pretty easily.

You CAN get cheaper than Etihad £380,but you got a good deal. Some of the other offers involve horrendous layovers,flight times and lesser quality airlines.
I always fly Etihad now and find them first class. Try BA or Air France and see the difference, either in price or quality.

Your last question,there is a BM at this time teaching in BKK, think he has the TESOL qualification. Its possible but the moneys not great.
