And when you write to the administrator can you referent to my website
www.brennihelvete.com and if he sees the movie and also look at my photos on my website, then he see who's in the clip aswell and that is me and my friends

If it was my clip I'd get furious if someone else steals it, re-arrange it and makes it look like he was the creator of it and then gets all the credit for it! 
Especially after all the effort, money and time that lies behind making the movie! 
I would immediately report him to the administrators of the Website and have him banned! 
I would also PM him and tell him what a lowlife yerk he is!
If someone downloads my movies for personal use is no problem, but if they put them up on other websites and claim them to be theirs or even worse make money from them, I wouldn't hesitate to sue them for breaking the copyright!
